Landmark Athletics and Fitness is Monmouth & Ocean Counties’ Fitness, Health & Wellness, Sports Performance & Recovery hub and home of nationally recognized Mad Dog Lacrosse. Our state of the art facility has over 20,000 sqft of indoor space and an additional 15,000 sqft. of outdoor space including the bootcamp turf, stadium-style cycle studio, and yoga studio. LAF is conveniently located right off of Parkway Exit 98 in the heart of the Jersey Shore in Manasquan.

CYCLE STUDIO

Offering a variety of classic spin and full body cycle classes, with a diverse group of certified instructors, Landmark Cycle adds a cardio experience like no other to your fitness journey.

RISE STUDIO

Find balance in the LAF Rise studio with our variety of Yoga and Pilates classes, ranging from restorative yoga and guided meditation to warm pilates and hot yoga, welcoming all from beginner to advanced.

ATHLETE PERFORMANCE

Train with a focus on strength and speed and prepare your athletes to dominate their upcoming seasons. Open sessions for individuals and Team Training options allow athletes of all sports to get stronger and faster during the off season and beyond.

03 UNLIMITED CLASSES

Over 100 Classes, 7 Days Week coached by Certified Personal Trainers. LAF offers Bootcamp, Strength, Kickboxing, Cycle, Spin, Pilates, Hot Yoga, Meditation & Barre classes every week, along with pop-up classes throughout the month. LAF members also have access to a library of virtual class replays.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT

Unlimited support in and out of the gym including an easy to follow nutrition plan, support from our Team Nutritionist, and our private Facebook support group.
