MEET THE TEAM
Hi all! Coach Alli Ross here. I’m a Belmar native, a TCNJ graduate, and a NASM certified personal trainer. I still live in Belmar today with my husband, 3 amazing daughters and 1 crazy cockapoo. I’ve been a fitness enthusiast my entire life from playing team sports to just working out on my own. I fell in love with bootcamp style and functional fitness in 2016 thanks to an amazing instructor and friend. I started with Landmark in 2019 as a guest Sunday instructor. I immediately loved the facility, the people and the overall vibe, and I soon became the regular Sunday coach. I’m definitely an early bird, so you’ll mostly find me coaching the 5 and 6ams during the week with an occasional evening class sprinkled in. The thing I love the most about Landmark is definitely the people. I like challenging members to be their best and to have a little bit of fun doing it. When I’m not at LAF, I enjoy staying active with my family.
Andrew first joined LAF as a member but, was quickly inspired to continue his positive impact on the community by joining our team of coaches.
Andrew grew up playing sports and continued on to play lacrosse in college. While he still enjoys training and participating in sports, Andrew now coaches on youth lacrosse teams and summer camps.
Andrew’s background in fitness and sports provides members with a challenging workout while his lighthearted personality keeps the workout fun and always makes members feel welcomed. His positive energy will keep you motivated, working hard, and inspired to give your best effort.
I’m Coach Nina, a local to the Jersey shore, although I did have a brief experience living in Hawaii for a short time. I live near LAF with my husband, my daughter and my dog who, you will notice, makes occasional appearances (not the dog). I didn’t grow up playing sports, but I did participate in dance and gymnastics. My first real attempt at a “team sport” was playing intramural rugby in Kutztown. GOOD TIMES!
I grew more involved with fitness in 2011 when I joined Crossfit. Who knew training and even conditioning could be so fun?!
Soon after that my passion for fitness grew and I recognized that I wanted to help others improve their lives and discover that although achieving your fitness goals can be challenging, it can also be fun and extremely rewarding!
I had the good fortune of meeting coach Erin. She introduced me to the LAF team, who greeted me with open arms in February 2019, the rest was history!
Outside of LAF you can find me on the beach in Manasquan running our local Paddleboard and Kayak Rental Company. You may even see some of our Paddle Fit and SUP Yoga classes pop up on the LAF Schedule from time to time! Otherwise, I love gardening, entertaining, and hanging out with my family and friends.
My name is Tye Coleman I grew up in Tinton Falls, but currently reside in Howell. I am a father to my 12 yr old son Shawn, 6 yr old daughter Alex, and 2 yr old son Tyler. Growing up all I did was play sports but my main sport of choice was football. I’ve played football since the age seven all the way up to college. I attended Rowan University in 2008-2012. A few years after college, I landed a job as assistant football coach for my old high school. Instantly, I love it. I feel in love with developing kids to be better at the sport and the process. Three years into coaching, I starting training kids during their off seasons and started a training LLC called “Boss Up Academy S&A. I became NASM certified trainer in 2019 and started my journey as personal trainer. In November of 2020, a close friend working at Maddog Athletic and Fitness told me to come in to Maddog about an opportunity and the rest was history. Working at, now Landmark Athletic and Fitness has been nothing but awesome. Meeting new people and being about of the fitness journey is the best part. I am excited to see what the future holds. You can catch me in the 6 am, 8 am , and the afternoon class at 5, 6 pm. Bless up!
