The History of LAF

Once just a small group fitness program, LAF has grown tremendously since its first group fitness class. Take a walk down memory lane and see where LAF started and how it got to where it is today!

Group Fitness Classes begin with “Get Strong” strength classes and “Get Fit” HIIT classes. A total of 13 classes were offered each week.
