Programmed to welcome all fitness levels to any and all classes. With 60 classes each week at all time slots throughout the morning and afternoon/evening, there is always a bootcamp class offered to fit your schedule and level of fitness!  During our winter months we welcome our lacrosse family to the turf in which bootcamp classes are capped at 30 for evening classes. We take pride in sharing our space with young athletes who are getting stronger with our adult community.

Certified instructor led classes that focus on strength, endurance, and cardio.


This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Power Strength combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day.
No matter what level of training you have, our Pure Strength class will give you options of using free weights and your own body’s resistance to get lean, strong, and have an unbreakable mindset.
During this interval training class, we will alternate very brief periods (such as 20 to 40 seconds) of intense exercise at maximum effort with periods (such as 15 to 30 seconds) of less intense exercises. Your heart rate will be up for sure!
Challenge yourself with Performance training that will focus on technical exercises, programmed specifically to build muscle, while increasing your strength. Calorie burn will peak as there is not much time for rest. We will be moving weight and crushing every session! If getting stronger is one of your goals, don’t miss this opportunity to train like an athlete!
