During this interval training class, we will alternate very brief periods (such as 20 to 40 seconds) of intense exercise at maximum effort with periods (such as 15 to 30 seconds) of less intense exercises. Your heart rate will be up for sure!
Challenge yourself with Performance training that will focus on technical exercises, programmed specifically to build muscle, while increasing your strength. Calorie burn will peak as there is not much time for rest. We will be moving weight and crushing every session!
