YOGA CLASSES

Yoga Sculpt and Burn combines yoga practice with resistance interval training, cardiovascular exercise and weights. Yogis will have the opportunity to use resistance bands, light hand weights, as well as their own body weight. The flow of our yoga sequence will break up the resistance and weight training creating a beautiful dance! Gains include calorie burn, while strengthening the entire body and mind!

Hip and Core Flow focuses on opening the hips as well as strengthening the core and abdominal muscles. Stretches and poses will focus on the hip area, releasing tension while also releasing the fascia, the connective tissue between the muscles and the bones. This class will also include poses that strengthen and tone the core!
26 Poses. 105 degrees. In this class, you will sweat while also gaining the ability to go into poses and stretch deeper as a result of your muscles being warmed up from the heat in the room! You will complete 26 static yoga poses! Each class you will progress within each pose! We can’t wait for you to see how far your practice will go by consistently taking this class each week!
Yoga Sculpt and Burn 85 combines yoga practice with resistance interval training, cardiovascular exercise and weights with the room temperature at 85 degrees! Yogis will have the opportunity to use resistance bands, light hand weights, as well as their own body weight. The flow of our yoga sequence will break up the resistance and weight training creating a beautiful dance! Gains include calorie burn, strengthening and detoxing the entire body and mind with infrared heat! You’re definitely going to sweat!

Designed to stretch and lengthen, this class incorporates yin poses with gentle movement to provide a relaxing full body experience guaranteed to release and relieve tension.

Meditation focuses on present moment awareness, and seeks to generate a more settled, focused mind. Breathe work exercises seek to affect the autonomic nervous system by altering either the amount of oxygen we inhale, or the amount of carbon dioxide we exhale. In this class, your instructor will guide you through a mediation practice while helping you to work on your breath as well. You will leave feeling calm and peaceful!

Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board! This class located at Endless SUP Manasquan will have you laughing, yet also enjoying yoga on the water! Chances are you’ll get wet so please bring a towel with you! Get ready to work your core while taking in the sun’s rays!

This Yoga class will have you moving through various vinyasa flows while also holding static poses. The temperature in the room will reach 105 degrees! This heat will help you to access deep muscle fibers and tissues while detoxifying the entire nervous system. Yogis will gain from releasing toxins, allowing for a total mind body reset.
End your week with a yoga practice that will provide some relief to sore muscles from your workouts. Flows are slower and more gentle than a standard yoga class.

Practiced at a slow pace with deep breathing vinyasa flow with focused attention on poses to relieve stress and increase mobility.

Power Flow Yoga links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility and endurance. Also known for improving muscles by toning and strengthening them while improving the body’s overall endurance levels. It also has been shown to decrease the amount and severity of injuries and improves the overall range of motion for the body.

PILATES CLASSES

Targets every part of the body in a focused, athletic and effective format with an emphasis on the glutes and core. Sixty minutes of therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility, but also help to prevent injury and relieve stress.

This Pilates workout targets every part of the body in a focused, athletic and effective format with an emphasis on the glutes and core. Sixty minutes of therapeutic and elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility, but also help to prevent injury and relieve stress, in a room heated to 85 degrees!
