This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Power Strength combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day.
No matter what level of training you have, our Pure Strength class will give you options of using free weights and your own body’s resistance to get lean, strong, and have an unbreakable mindset.
During this interval training class, we will alternate very brief periods (such as 20 to 40 seconds) of intense exercise at maximum effort with periods (such as 15 to 30 seconds) of less intense exercises. Your heart rate will be up for sure!

Challenge yourself with Performance training that will focus on technical exercises, programmed specifically to build muscle, while increasing your strength. Breathe work exercises seek to affect the autonomic nervous system by altering either the amount of oxygen we inhale, or the amount of carbon dioxide we exhale. In this class, your instructor will guide you through a mediation practice while helping you to work on your breath as well. You will leave feeling calm and peaceful!
Hip and Core Flow focuses on opening the hips as well as strengthening the core and abdominal muscles. Stretches and poses will focus on the hip area, releasing tension while also releasing the fascia, the connective tissue between the muscles and the bones. This class will also include poses that strengthen and tone the core!
26 Poses. 105 degrees. In this class, you will sweat while also gaining the ability to go into poses and stretch deeper as a result of your muscles being warmed up from the heat in the room! You will complete 26 static yoga poses! Each class you will progress within each pose! We can’t wait for you to see how far your practice will go by consistently taking this class each week!
