LAF bootcamp
Programmed to welcome all fitness levels to any and all classes. With 60 classes each week at all time slots throughout the morning and afternoon/evening, there is always a boot camp class offered to fit your schedule and level of fitness! During our winter months, we welcome our lacrosse family to the turf in which bootcamp classes are capped at 30 for evening classes. We take pride in sharing our space with young athletes who are getting stronger with our adult community.
LAF FIGHT CLUB
A high intensity training experience utilizing heavy bags and partner pad work for kicks and punches. Challenge your conditioning while improving your self-defense skills in this unique training class.
LAF RISE Studio
Include any Rise Studio classes into your workout routine for the ultimate experience. LAF Rise Studio offers Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Barre classes for all level, at different times throughout the week.
LAF CYCLE
Landmark Cycle brings a revolutionary cycle experience to the Jersey Shore area. Unlike any other studio around, Landmark Cycle is the first stadium-style studio housing 40 Technogym bikes.
