We are located at 2260 Landmark Place, in Manasquan, NJ. Our parking lot is in the front of the building as well as on the right side. Parking is also permitted along Landmark Place.

LAF memberships are non-contract and include Unlimited Classes always. Your rate will never increase as long as you are an active member at LAF. Your membership also includes any free events we host.
The 10 Week Challenge at LAF includes unlimited classes for the duration! Check-In stats during Week 1 and Check-Out stats during Week 10 include an Inbody Body Composition Analysis and Fit3D Body Scan, Before and After pictures, and a guide to setting goals, following our basic nutrition plan and scheduling. All Challengers are invited to participate in our Private Facebook Support group and win motivational prizes each week.
You have unlimited access to all classes as an LAF member: Boot Camp, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Strength, Spin, Cycle, LAF Fight Club, Performance24 and any Pop Up Classes.
We do! We offer a single class drop ins as well as 10 Pack options that are specific to class types (Boot Camp, Cycle, Yoga). Class passes are available for purchase on the Landmark Athletics and Fitness app.
Your first class at LAF is ALWAYS free! Whether you’d like to try Bootcamp, Cycle, Pilates, Yoga or anything else. You can book into your first class free by visiting the app!
All 10 Week Challengers have access to our easy to follow 10 Week Nutrition Plan. This basic nutrition plan guides you each week with example meals and shopping lists. Our on-site dietician is available anytime for assistance and also offers 1:1 nutritional counseling.
Spin and Cycle classes are 45 minutes. Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates and Strength classes run just under 60 minutes.
The best part about LAF is that you can literally start anywhere! All fitness levels are welcome and all of our certified instructors are trained to provide modification levels during each and every class.
