Our program establishes a healthy foundation of fitness skills for your child that will keep their bodies in shape as they grow older along with an introduction to resistance training.

COLLEGE/HIGHSCHOOL PROGRAMS

Our College/High School athlete training program has three main areas of focus:

Speed and agility training designed to improve first step quickness, breakaway speed, and change of direction.

Strength and power training programmed to make the athletes stronger and more explosive while building up physical resiliency for a long season.

Mobility and flexibility work designed to reduce injuries and increase performance on the field or on the court.

*Each college/high school session is 90 minutes long.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Our Middle School athlete training program has more of a teaching focus on basics but also mirrors the same top-notch training taking place with our high school and college athletes. Long Term development of the middle school athlete ensures that proper form and technique is utilized while their training provides all the tools needed to separate themselves from the competition. The three main areas of focus remain the same: Speed and agility, strength and power training and mobility and flexibility.

*Each middle school session is 75 minutes long.

JUNIOR PROGRAMS

Landmark’s Junior program, beginning at eight years of age, incorporates game play while teaching fundamental speed and agility concepts. Our program establishes a healthy foundation of fitness skills for your child that will keep their bodies in shape as they grow older along with an introduction to resistance training. Your child will learn to run faster, jump higher, and have greater control over their bodies while having a fun time.

*Each Junior session is 45 minutes long.
