6-Week Summer Challenge

1. The 6-week Summer Challenge is the program in which you are opting in to receive information. When you enter your information on the form you are allowing Landmark Athletics and Fitness to collect your full name, phone number, and email address. The purpose of this collection is to have a representative of our business contact you regarding the 6-Week Summer Challenge. You will be contacted by our company via SMS acknowledging that we received your inquiry for the 6-Week Summer Challenge. You will receive a call and a text message from our company when you first opt-in, and you can receive up to two more texts and call during the first week. During the second week if we have not yet heard back from you we will send one more text message.

2. Consent: You will click on the checkbox that you agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy you will also see “By entering your phone number, you consent to receive messages from Landmark Athletics and Fitness. I can respond “STOP” at any time if I no longer want to receive SMS.” Again this consent is allowing Landmark Athletics and Fitness to contact you in regards to the 6-week Summer Challenge.

3. Opt-Out Mechanism: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Landmark Athletics and Fitness. To rejoin, you can opt-in up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you or you can text the keyword START.
