CYCLE Class Descriptions
Programmed to the cadence of music. Mixing sprints, hills, jogs, and jumps. Cycle also adds in full body work (which is optional) to amp your training on the bike. Full body work includes push ups, crunches, tricep dips, and tap backs.
A hybrid of Cycle and Spin. Ride with hills and flats with focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, which will also include some full body work like push ups, crunches, tricep dips, and tap backs.
